CHANGING TIDES

Changing Tides was Petro Jacyk Education Foundation’s biennial fundraising event in support of its University of Toronto Post-Doctoral Fellowship. It was an exclusive and memorable evening that not only featured the beautiful Toronto city skyline, and eclectic entertainment but more importantly a fitting panel discussion on the topic of Ukraine’s changing politics. The panel included highly distinguished participants: Hon. Chris Alexander, Canada’s Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, Dr. Mychailo Wynnyckyj, Associate Professor and Director of the Doctoral School at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, and Mr. Victor Malarek, Award-winning broadcast journalist and one of Canada’s toughest investigative reporters.
